Quality Assurance

PTC is committed to the timely delivery of consistent quality products to every customer and has invested heavily in the development and implementation of a World Class Quality System designed to provide that consistency, while ensuring full compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and API product monogram requirements.

Background

PTC has established a unified quality management system (QMS) to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product meeting customer and applicable legal requirements. 

It also enhances customer satisfaction through the effective application of quality principles, including processes for continual improvement of the system and its performance. 

This QMS is applicable to all products, production sites, and support locations of PTC, including company management, the constituent manufacturing LLCs listed in the table below, and supporting functions, both on-site, and remote. 

Control of outsourced services (including Outside Processors) to ensure that services conform to requirements is also within the scope of PTC’s QMS.

Quality Policy

PTC is customer-driven, quality-focused, and committed to continual improvement. 

We achieve this by:

  • Satisfying customer requirements and expectations for quality, delivery, and value.
  • Developing and training our employees. 
  • Meeting the internationally recognized quality system requirements of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and API product licenses, as applicable. 
  • Continuing to improve the quality of products, processes, and systems.

Commitment to meeting customer requirements: PTC has implemented a rigorous feasibility review and product launch process to ensure that customer requirements are understood and agreed upon, and that we have the capability to meet them before committing to production.
