ERW ID riffled, and chevron embossed pattern heat exchanger boiler tube produces an efficient heat transfer rate by increasing the surface area geometry. This helical rib pattern causes a phenomenon of water and steam where the liquid water is forced against the tube wall to promote cooling performance. This is more efficient than a standard boiler tube.
