PTC works daily to identify hazards, with the idea that all accidents can be prevented; we strive to reach our goal of Zero Occupational Accidents and Illnesses.
PTC’s priority is for our employees to return home safely in the same condition as they arrived each day.

PTC recognizes that, left uncontrolled, our operations can lead to adverse environmental impacts.
We proactively implement projects to reduce environmental impact across all aspects of our operations. Our goal is to protect our operations, our employees, and surrounding communities.
Health and Safety Highlights
• In 2023, our Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania Plant 2 location worked a full year without an accident by active employee participation in removing hazards, continuous job hazard analysis review, and effective safety communications on the manufacturing floor.
