Meet several of PTC’s Educational Assistance Program recipients:
Reggie Delk – Vice President, Information Technology
“PTC has truly been committed to helping me achieve both my personal and professional goals. They supported me through the tuition assistance program, starting with my Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, all the way through my Doctorate in Computer Science.
PTC not only supported me with tuition assistance, but they also aligned the progress of my education with my career development from entry-level Computer Programmer when I started with the company 25 years ago, to my current position of Vice President, Information Technology.”
Tracy Dicko – Inside Sales Manager
“After working at PTC for nine years I decided to attend an online accredited college to finish a personal goal of mine, earning a bachelor’s degree. I’d already earned an associate degree from Stark State College.
PTC took a chance on me, so I decided to finish college so I could potentially move up to a supervisor position. The company covers the cost of classes if you maintain a certain grade, all I had to do was purchase my textbooks. I have been the Customer Service Department Manager now for ten years and enjoy the position.”
Dylan Sowers – Production Planner, Plant 2, Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania
“The education reimbursement program helped expand my knowledge in business. This was a great program that enabled me to learn the processes and day-to-day operations to effectively run a business. This program guided me to achieve my associate degree in business administration.”
PTC and Our Communities
At PTC, we believe in making a positive impact beyond our business operations. Guided by our core values, we are committed to giving back to the communities we serve. Through philanthropic initiatives and employee-driven efforts, we strive to create meaningful change and support the causes that matter most to us.
Our Commitment to Community

Donation Drives and Fundraiser Events
Throughout the year, we organize donation drives to support local nonprofits and charitable organizations and participate in fundraiser events. These drives and fundraisers provide us and our employees with the opportunity to give back by contributing essential items such as food and toys for children during difficult times. By coming together as a team, we make a tangible impact on those in need and demonstrate our collective commitment to social responsibility.
For example, we support the Tubman Chrysalis Center, which helps people of all ages, genders, and cultural backgrounds who have experienced relationship violence, sexual exploitation, homelessness, mental and chemical health challenges, and other trauma.

We’re shaping the future by investing in the minds of tomorrow by partnering with local educational institutions. We aim to inspire, empower, and equip future generations with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in an ever-evolving world.
Our goal is to create opportunities fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and creativity, in preparing young minds to tackle challenges and seize opportunities with confidence.
We’re dedicated to fostering innovation through science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
Join us as we empower the next generation of thinkers and creators.
